Synopsis
In the harsh lands of Iceland at the turn of the millennium, young Thorfinn longs for a life of adventure away from the battlefield. His dreams are shattered when his peaceful life is disrupted by the arrival of a band of mercenaries led by the cunning Askeladd. Witnessing the death of his father, Thors, at the hands of Askeladd, Thorfinn vows revenge and dedicates his life to becoming a skilled warrior. He joins Askeladd's band, embarking on a perilous journey through wartorn England. As Thorfinn grows stronger and grapples with his thirst for vengeance, he encounters a cast of characters, each with their own motivations and struggles. Through his encounters, Thorfinn begins to question the true meaning of strength and the path he has chosen. Will he find solace in revenge, or can he forge a new destiny in the fabled land of Vinland, a place said to be untouched by war?
